Todd Sander

Todd Sander learned the construction business from the ground up. He began his professional career in construction as a laborer for a commerical developer where he was quickly promoted to a Superintendent position.  Through the years, he held the position of Lead Foreman, Associate Architect, and Estimator.  He has worked in both residential and commercial construction and architecture companies.  Having designed, built, and completed an extensive renovation and addition to his own 1922 Cape Cod home, while his wife was pregnant with their second child, he knows first-hand what it’s like to live through construction under challenging circumstances.

Todd holds a Master of Architecture degree from Judson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bethel University.

Todd is a very passionate, confident, motivated, organized, and hard working leader who enjoys a good challenge.  He prides himself in timely responses to others and thorough follow-through.  Todd is truly a “What you see is what you get” individual.  Honesty is a cornerstone of his business ethos.

Having a passion to serve the under-resourced and those with special needs, Todd is involved with his local church and enjoys volunteering with various charitable organizations both domestically and internationally.  His hobbies include training for and competing in long-distance triathlons, politics, reading, woodworking, and jet-skiing.  In his down time, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two children, his wife Annie, and his golden labrador retriever Wrigley.

We really enjoyed working with the American Red Door team and place a great deal of trust in them.
